I just learned that my payment provider is having major issues and credit card processing including renewals is down currently. Payment can be made with e-transfer or using paypal and right now you can choose to enter a credit card using the paypal dropdown without having a Paypal account, but we are working on fixing that so it shows right away as we work to secure a new payment processor over the next few days.
