Do you offer telnet or SSH/shell access?

No, we do not allow SSH/SFTP or telnet access to the server for security and server resources usage reasons. You are still able to unzip files on the server using our file manager. You are also able to set up cron jobs from within the control panel.

If you have a script or something that requires it to be installed via SSH, please email support and we will assess if its allowed and, if so, we can install it for you.
