Empowerment

Our reason for being is to fill the gaps in the conventional funding for disabled adults, which covers only the most basic needs. This funding (primarily government derived) does not begin to allow disadvantaged members of our community to satisfy the right for self-determination, and the opportunity to achieve their potential. It is where government funding ends that we need to begin.

By lending your commitment to our mission, you can choose to respond to the plight of the disabled in our society - your community. Your contribution of money or time will be put toward the goal of increasing the level of ability in these people’s lives, so they can just plain accomplish more. They will be empowered to care for the rest themselves... and find fulfillment in doing so.
